Linda van Rooi

I’m Linda Van Rooi. A Technical Manager and a skilled camera operator, holding NQ level 5 in Film and Television. With a talent for shooting quality shots, directing, and offering technical support to the company. Forward-thinking problem-solver with top-notch and decision-making skills.

2020 I had the opportunity to work closely with Thuleka Mankosomhle Msizi, the script supervisor of Gomora season 4 and Director of Stained glass. She taught me that hard work pays. In year 2021 I was invited by Ditebogo Mrchef Gaowelwe the Producer and Director of Phineas o iketsetsa fela and Mashesha the fraudster films that plays at Msanzi Magic HD, to join his crew to shoot a short film as a continuity person working closely with former talented Skeem saam cast  (Lesego Marakalla, Tebogo Modisane and Mavabaza Mathebula).
